Professional looking for double room

I am a full time professional dental nurse, looking for a double room, inclusive of bills in Cardiff . I'm quite a homely person and like my own space but I'm open to making friends. Currently studying at home outside of my working hours which keeps me busy. I have a 1 year old British short hair/bengal called Winston, he is an indoor cat, litter trained extremely well, very friendly (loves other cats too) and playful he is fun to be around :) I am house proud so very clean and tidy and believe in equal chores around the house
