Looking for a flat/room

Hi Landlords,

I’m a 31-year-old Head Chef working full-time in the hotel industry, currently looking for either:
• A 1-bedroom property, or
• A buddy-up arrangement for a 2-bed flat

Preferred areas:
Putney, Wimbledon, Wandsworth, Clapham, Ealing, and Hammersmith.

Budget: Around £1,400 PCM
Move-in: Between 11/06/2026 – 15/06/2026
Also open to short-term lets.

A few things about me:
• Full-time professional with stable employment
• Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
• Active lifestyle - gym, football, tennis, running, cycling
• Into books, podcasts, tech, finance, travel, food, and nature
• Sociable and easygoing - happy to share a meal, drink, or occasional movie night, while also respecting personal space
• As a chef, I occasionally cook proper restaurant-quality meals at home

What I’m looking for:
• A calm, well-maintained home
• Ideally sharing with just one other person
• Clean and considerate housemate
• Non-smoking indoors

This probably won’t be the right fit if:
• You’re a live-in landlord
• The property has more than 2 occupants
• The property is outside the areas listed above
