Urgent! Looking For Room To Rent Asap

URGENT!!! I am Gemma and i am looking to move to ideally a shared property within the general south east london area in the first week of January. I have some small pieces of furniture but a LOT of books so all i really need is a bed preferably with underneath hidden storage and wardrobes. I am British and I have part time/self employed work. I am a wigmaker for TV, film, theatre and also private medical patients, so I often work for long hours on my own at home with a good box-set on in the background! I am very tidy and considerate, and am very adaptable in terms of available amenities, but would like a property that has all white goods included and would prefer a location with decent transport links.
NOTE I am currently in Spain looking after my mum and will need to arrange virtual viewings and telephone calls so that I can move in as soon as I get off the plane! I know its not ideal but I'm in tricky circumstances right now
