Professional looking for 1 bedroom in shared flat

Hello everybody!

I’m Federico, 31, from Italy, and I work as an architect/building engineer. My job is based in Westminster and focuses on energy and sustainability.

Outside work, I enjoy walking and running, doing bodyweight workouts in local parks, and occasionally bouldering. I also like socialising when the opportunity arises. At home, I love cooking (particularly pasta and pasta sauces), playing cards, and reading when I’m on my own.

I’ve lived in shared flats for four years with private landlords, so I’m familiar with living harmoniously with other tenants and always keep up with weekly housework duties. I’m looking for a house with one other person only to make it easier to manage the bathroom and kitchen during peak times.

I don’t have pets and I don’t smoke. I’m looking for a single or double room and will be available to move from mid-January 2026. My plan is to rent for one year.
