Hello everybody!
I am Federico, 30, from Italy and I work as an architect/building engineer.
My job is located in Westminster and it's in the energy/sustainability field. Outside of work, I enjoy walking/running, practicing bodyweight workouts in local parks and bouldering on occasion, as well as socializing when the opportunity arises. At home, I love cooking (particularly pasta and pasta sauces), playing cards, and reading when I am alone.
I have lived in shared flats for four years now with private landlords. As such, I believe I know how to live well with other tenants, and I abide by weekly housework duties. I am looking for a house with a maximum of two other people to better manage the bathroom/kitchen during peak hours.
I don't have pets and don't smoke. I am looking for a single or double room and am available to move from January 2025. My plan is one-year rent.
