Single or Double Room required

I require a unique living arrangement: I will only occupy the room for approximately four to eight days every six to eight weeks, sometimes less, sometimes slightly more. However, due to frequent work-related travel, the room will be mostly serve as a place for my belongings and the short times I require a place to stay between trips. For this reason, I’m seeking flexibility on the rent.

This setup could be ideal for someone with a spare room who would like to earn a little extra income, however, prefers not to have a tenant present every day of the month. I do, however, need the room to remain mine consistently so I can safely leave my clothes and belongings there while I’m away.

A little about me: I’m quiet, tidy, considerate, professional and intelligent — and given my travel schedule, I’ll hardly ever be at the property.

Requirements:

- Furnished room
- Reliable, high-speed WiFi
- I’ll bring my own bedding and essentials
