Friendly, easy going guy looking in SE London

Hey, thanks for reading! Looking for a buddy up ideally, to rent a house with one or two others in the Crystal Palace/Norwood/Tulse Hill or Streatham areas. I've found a couple of fantastic places recently, but they are out of my price range renting alone.
Would be great to find like minded people (don't care about age, sex, sexual orientation as long as you're easy going and decent) to view some of these great places.
About me- I'm very young at heart, sociable and fun, but respectful, easy going and tidy. I’m a big quiz nerd (I run a quiz company, so work from home, and tend to be out hosting myself for 2-3 nights a week, sometimes more. I travel a lot- short European breaks and I usually go away for 5-8 weeks a year on a big trip or two.
I'll be bringing some handy things with me, like garden furniture, a pizza oven...and even an outdoor ping pong table- if we have a garden of course!
I also have a lot of furniture and kitchen equipment from my previous let, so I’d be happy to bring that with me if we do manage to find an unfurnished place. If it’s furnished, I can put everything not needed in storage.
