Double Room wanted

Looking for a double room near Ashtead/Leatherhead.

I work within the NHS with cancer patients as a Radiotherapist. I usually work regular hours roughly 8.00-5 and no nights!
I have horses locally so it’s a priority to be around somewhere nearby. I’m usually out from early in the morning and back later in the evening and never work from home.

I’m clean but not neurotic, quiet and easy going.

I don’t cause a mess, not fussy, not difficult in any way and I can give many references.

I keep myself to myself but I get on with everyone.

I’m happy to be with people who like going out and I’m happy to share in a family home as just a lodger.
I’m open minded.
