Professional Designer to be working in area.

Hi, this is a speculative advert, as I am back working in Derby at Litchchurch Lane for 3 months initially Dependant on interview. I am a freelance Rail Vehicle Design Engineer. Previously lived in a Mon-Fri room let by a couple in Wimbledon since 2005, now go back for occasional visits. So can supply very good reference.

Note that I am the Managing Director/Owner of a design company. All rent will be paid by my company.

For the last 21 years I have been working in London & from home. Originally from York I now live on the north yorks coast at Saltburn.
I can supply good references from my past host.
My hobbies are varied, Travel/photography/food, but in the summer its predom my motorcycle. I have been riding since i was 16.. but I am not a scarey biker lol.
Open minded person, who gets on and has friends of a wide age range. Love Dogs and cats, of which I have at home.
Its most likely I will be using the car, so parking is a must. In the summer i may use the motorbike, but only if a secure area is available

I like pubs, so some good ones nearby is a plus.
