My name is Eleonore, and I am a Corporate Real Estate professional relocating to the outskirts of London.

I am looking for a pet-friendly studio, or one-bedroom flat, ideally furnished and with bills included. I am particularly interested in well-managed developments, including co-living and build-to-rent options.

Over the past 10 years, I have lived in high-quality one-bedroom apartments in London zone 1-3, which I have always maintained to a high standard. I am now looking to downsize into a convenient, low-maintenance home within one hour commute to Central London.

I am a quiet, respectful and reliable tenant with a stable and organised lifestyle. I do not smoke, do not drink, and do not host parties. I work full-time (hybrid) and value a calm, well-kept home environment.

I also have a small, very quiet, house-trained dog (pomeranian) who is well-behaved and accustomed to apartment living.

I am able to pay rent upfront for the right property and can provide tenancy and bank references if required.
