I’m a Corporate Real Estate professional with over 10 years’ experience in Central London and am looking for a one-bedroom home within commuting distance of London.

I’m in a strong financial position for the tenancy and can offer a 5-week deposit and up to 3 months’ rent upfront where preferred. I can move quickly and am flexible on timing, with an ideal move-in date from early July. I would also consider an initial 6-month tenancy.

I value a calm, clean, and well-kept home environment and have always maintained previous Central London homes to a high standard. I’m tidy, respectful, and looking for a stable long-term home.

I hold full UK Right to Rent (EU Settled Status) and can provide identification and previous landlord references immediately.

I also have a small (5kg) well-trained Pomeranian who is quiet, house-trained, and accustomed to apartment living.

I’m happy to arrange video viewings initially and can attend in person shortly afterwards.
