I'm a sociable and considerate guy, but I do enjoy my own space too. I clean up after myself and value cleanliness and it's important to me that the people I'm living with are happy and communicative, as a friendly and positive environment is always best for everyone :D
I like cooking, so a kitchen without a lot of dishes building up is key for me.
I'm ideally looking for somewhere within convenient commuting distance of East Croydon, in South-West London, but I'm quite flexible and the flatmate compatibility is really important to me.
I'd rather chat with future housemates directly, so no unsolicited calls from agents please.
