Double room needed by m and f couple and small dog

My gf and I, and a small very well behaved clean funny dog would like a 1 bed flat, or double room in a houseshare. I am a remote working business development exec, and also work as brand ambassador for large drinks company., and my gf is in retail. Currently living in Kemptown Brighton. I am also a DJ and music producer (with music signed and released, so not a beginner :-) ) I play live too, and work on tour with other bands, so am ocassionally away over night doing gigs. We're both considerate, clean and tidy with much experience of houseshare accommodation, so are very familiar with the expected requirements of sharing (especially being quiet when required to consider housemates sleeping / rest time requirements.)
