Looking for a calm and happy house share.

I am looking for a calm, friendly and mature house share. Ideally in a house/ or warner flats in Walthamstow where the double room has some natural light and is on the ground or first floor. Ideally simply furnished with the basics(bed, drawers, rail or wardrobe) – I have a desk. I appreciate natural materials in a home, good light, bathroom with a bath tub and access to a small outside space/ close to park.
I really like Winns Ave and the adjacent roads, also around Coppermill Lane and the adajacent roads around there.
Ideally around a 15 -20 min walk to Blackhorse road tube.
I have been a home owner and a tenant, so appreciate the nuances of housesharing. I am a very respectful person, who enjoys sharing but is also looking for a room that is not right next to the living space for example, so that if I need quiet time after work, I can do that.
I enjoy living in E17 a lot, my background is in textile design, working as a designer for many years. I have made a couple of career pivots and now work in an educational setting. I still like to draw, paint and make things when I have a bit of time - (so a space for a desk in the bedroom is important). I still really enjoy fashion and try to work with this from a more sustainable perspective with all the wonderful charity shops on the doorstep. I practice yoga, dance and like film/ music – the outdoors.
I am 48, I hope that doesn’t put anyone off, I am easy and relaxed to live with and enjoy getting to know others. I am also helpful if you have pets and happy to sit them if you are away.
I am not in a rush to move, but looking to see what will be available in the Spring – Easter Break.
