En-suite room near Middlesbrough

I’m looking for long-term accommodation close to Middlesbrough.

I'm 38, from Cardiff, a professional and have just started a new job.
I’m in a short-term room while I look for something closer to my office.
I'm happy, friendly, honest, enjoy chatting but can also keep to myself and respect others privacy.
I'm clean and tidy (a place for everything and everything in it's place! lol).
I'm helpful and a DIY enthusiast with a well stocked toolbox (so if you need any shelves put up or doors straightened, I'm your housemate!!).

While I'm there I'd be mostly working, visiting friends and doing hobbies so I wouldn't be around the house all that much, but I'd also be happy to have movie nights or takeaways or board games at times, depending what the other housemates enjoy.

Any type of room would do for me.
Some room in a shed or garage would be amazing but not necessary.
Furnished preferred but not required.
