Older woman looking for a DOUBLE room

Hello, Im looking for a double room. I'm looking to rent with someone/people who like to talk but also like to have time to themselves and quiet.

I like a very clean house and like to live with people who are also very clean. Also would like to live in a quiet house ( don't mind a few friends but no parties) as I like to relax. The home I currently live in and moved in 2019, has been sold hence why I'm looking to move. Would love to rent around the Grove Park / Mottingham area for travel connections and close to my GP.

I'm looking to rent long term for a few years if possible.

For health reasons I cannot live with smokers.
