Looking for a room

Hi,
Me and my partner are looking to rent a room either a studio, 1/2 bed flat or 1/2 bed house. We're both rather quiet and keep to ourselves, but my boyfriend likes to have a chat with people so we wouldn't be strangers. We respect people's privacy and would appreciate the same back; saying that we'd also enjoy a movie night together or sharing dinner with the other tenant/s.
We are looking for somewhere that would allow me to bring my 2 small house cats; they are litter trained, don't go outside, don't cause a mess/disturbance, are microchipped and never had fleas. I am willing to pay more deposit within reason for keeping them, a pet bond, or include in contract the property would be professionally cleaned at the end of tenancy etc.
