In need of a large double room in Brighton or Hove

I'm a 29 year old professional working in marketing in the 7 dials area, I'm in need of a double room anywhere between Brighton Marina to Shoreham-by-Sea!

I’m available immediately and my budget is around £750 max, but can stretch further if it’s a really nice place! Unfurnished is preferred.

Been living all around the Brighton area for 10 years, so I know the area well. I am Canadian originally and moved to the uk when I was a kid.
I’m a very easy going person, friendly, very open minded and tend to stick to myself when living in a shared house/flat, so I’m not really any bother to anyone!

I also love all animals, so if you have a pet, even better! However I am very allergic to cats.

I love a bottle of wine every couple of weeks, and I do smoke (but never inside ofc). And I like to do crafts, drawings, scrapbooking or going for seafront walks on the weekends!

I also have a huge interest in music, Lana Del rey is my favourite, and a big blues fan.
