25F Professional Looking for En-Suite Double Room

Hi!! I’m Nadia (25, professional) and I’m looking for a new home as my fixed tenancy ends in late March.

I’m looking for a large en-suite (or off-suite) double bedroom in a professional house share, anywhere in London with good public transport links.

A private bathroom is my only non-negotiable. I’d ideally like a decent-sized room (a loft room would be my dream) as I want some "living space" in my bedroom. BUT I will consider shared bathrooms if it's shared with a girl and the size of the room makes up for it!! I am willing to compromise for the right place :)

Preference for an all-female household, but not a dealbreaker.

A bit about me: I work a 9-5 as a German-speaking recruitment executive in central London and study part-time for my Master’s in the evenings.

I’m tidy, responsible and respectful, and I’ve lived in my current house share for the past four years. Happy to provide references if needed.

I do own furniture (except a bed/sofa), so unfurnished rooms are preferred, or if there's some flexibility to move some stuff so I can bring some of mine.

Ideally looking to move between March and late April, though I can be flexible.
