Room or buddy up near Sevenoaks from September

Civil servant currently living in Sevenoaks. Looking for either a room or a buddy up with some people around my age. Ideally after an unfurnished room with furnished shared areas.

I'm a pretty relaxed kind of person who's easy to get on with. Fairly quiet but not antisocial, tidy most of the time and a non-smoker. Like sports, gym, gaming, music, occasional night out.
