38 year-old male living and working in Edinburgh

I am a mature 38 year-old male living and working in Edinburgh, and looking for a room as my current landlord has decided to sell his flat. I am financially stable, employed, but also work from home, so would appreciate a quiet environment in which to do so. I've lived in shared accommodation for the last 8 years, am clean-living, do not drink/smoke and respect other people's property. I am happy to share cleaning duties. I have a keen interest in geology, photography and enjoy hiking. I believe I am easy to live with as I am by nature quiet, keep myself-to-myself but am also happy to be sociable.
