Looking for a room/buddy up south of the river :)

I'm looking for a double room, furnished or unfurnished, with access to a living space and a kitchen - garden would be ideal but not a deal-breaker. I have a shy, black, indoor cat who will be joining me. I would like to live with housemates treat the house as a home, who are sociable but also give each other space. It would be great to join a household with another queer person/s. I work in archives and I'm out of the house 8-5, 5x a week. When I am home, I like to spend my time reading, watching documentaries (while I do some really shoddy knitting), or painting. I am quite a homebody, so you can expect to see me most evenings! On weekends I tend to get out and catch up with friends on a hike or coffee trip.
