Couple seek accommodation near Fakenham

Hi. My wife and I are seeking accommodation in or near Fakenham, Norfolk. Although the notice is for a room we would prefer a self-contained property. We can be flexible. We are a quiet, non-smoking married couple without children or pets, and we have experience house-sitting. A discount rent in exchange for long-term house-sitting would be okay with us. If you read this and respond we'll try to get back to you within two days. We can afford up to £520 all inclusive. We appreciate offers of rooms but we have some furniture so can usually not consider them. Unconventional accommodation or property guardianship ideas are welcome. Thank you for reading.
