Nurse Looking for Double Room

My current tenancy runs out in January so looking to move out around 10th-13th. Had been living in a flat with my partner but due to a break up, looking for somewhere cheaper so that I can put some money into my savings and hopefully buy at some point 🤞
I’m a nurse at the hospital and work a mix of days nights and weekends.
My ideal housing situation would be with clean, considerate housemates who will hopefully become friends too.
I do have a car so a parking space is a big plus, if not, on road parking would be considered.

Location- I’d like to be walking distance to Southampton general (within 30 mins) or on a bus route. (Although I have a car it’s not super reliable and don’t want to get stuck 😂)

I’d also like to be able to have small groups of friends visit on occasion (have a core group of 6 friends and currently we take it in turns to host board game nights/dinners) so would be nice to have the option of doing this every couple of months still but would obviously depend on communal space and is not a deal breaker. Housemates could also join in!

I enjoy cooking/baking so a reasonable sized kitchen is a big plus!

I’m quite quiet and enjoy my own space a lot of the time but would like housemates I have something in common with to talk to/ watch TV with etc.

£900 is top end of my budget including all bills.
