Visual Artist looking for a new home North/ East L

Hi,
my name is Sara, I am an Italian photographer and videomaker.
Currently working in various darkrooms and as a studio assistant for a commercial photographer.
Living in London for 10 years now (time flies!!).

Responsible, sociable, ironic, clean, nice person (usual stuff).

I spend my free time in various darkrooms (for photo stuff/ watching movies and other analoguethings), taking pics or experimental videos, going to galleries and museums.
I would like to live with easy going and mature professionals :)

I am currently working in 2 places between North East and South East London so trying to find a new home that could be well connected to both ( kind of a mission).
Anything around Stoke Newington and Seven Sisters- not interested in other places ( please don't reach out)

I lived in a warehouse for a while and a variety of flats in different parts of London.
I am now looking for a home :)
A nice place to share it with similar age group (I am in my 30s) and with people who wants to spend some time together having a nice chat and some wine but are also respectful of each other spaces and independent:)
