Professional male, Single Room Wanted - 24, April

Hello,

I’m a British citizen of European origins with architectural studies. I took a break for a few months for a holiday outside of the UK. I'm interested in a simple room with WIFI and access to a washing machine, kitchen and bathroom, as the previous property I lived in Plumstead is fully occupied.

In London for 12 years now, I have never missed a monthly rent payment.

If you need a reference when you come back to UK for your next landlord then I will be very happy to help. Of course it will be happy to be in touch with you again should you need a room in the future.
