Looking for a room in Leamington Spa

Hi I'm looking for a room or studio to rent in Leamington Spa. I work in aviation at Heathrow Airport so am away approximately half of the month.
Im 42 and like a quiet life but also enjoy a sociable glass of wine.
I enjoy running and would like to stay somewhere that is rural if possible but with easy access to shops, outdoor running routes and a gym.

I’d ideally like a self-contained annex/room so there is minimal disruptions, but open to all options, ideally en-suite.

I'm quite sociable but also enjoy my own space, I’m tidy and respectful of noise and would like to stay with likeminded people.
