Hi!

I'm an electrician from Mitcham looking for a positive and happy house/flat share with someone/people who are clean, respectful and positive.

I need somewhere to spend the hours between work and when I'm out with friends or pursuing one of my few hobbies. Tennis, running, music or fishing.

I'm useful if the lights ever go out? :)

I'm not a typical 'pub every weekend' kinda guy who's going to roll in drunk every night and invite strangers back and disrespect your home.

I want a clean place to unwind and chill so really I'm just looking for someone who's easy going and kind.

Soooo... hopefully none of this sounds too off-putting!
