Looking for a large double room in Hackney!

Hey all, I'm looking for a large double room in a Hackney houseshare, as I’m having to move out our current flat as our landlady is selling it.

I'm sociable, tidy, openminded, respect others' space and work for a creative agency/start-up. Love to host dinner parties, play tennis and basketball, music, grab a drink, cook, write, go to gigs and galleries, gym, pub nights, some nights out too, chat about anything and everything, and watch movies and docs. Have a few plant babies, a little library, love pets if you have any and I'm not too bad at DIY jobs if needed. Looking to make a place a cute home!

I'm looking to find somewhere with a friendly person/group of people who are easygoing, sociable, like to eat together or watch tv if our schedules line-up, like to sometimes host drinks/dinner parties at ours, do their own thing too, and are lovely and respectful of others.

Ideally looking for a place with:
- A large room with a double bed and a wardrobe included (mostly furnished) - not a dealbreaker though
- Decent sized living room, kitchen and storage space
- 2 bathrooms if more than 2 ppl- an ensuite would be a bonus
- An outside space (balcony, patio or garden)
- Somewhere to safely store my bicycle

My budget is £1100 ideally including all bills depending on the place, but can be flexible!
