I'm a professional in Leeds, looking for a flat/house share with a friendly, clean/tidy like minded individual.
Ideally the property would fit the following preferences:
- Looking to share with one other person, but I may be open to three person share, property dependant.
- Budget up to £850 bills included, if the property is in Leeds City Centre.
- Budget up to £650 bills included, if the property is outside the City Centre/requires a commute.
- Sharing with professionals (or mature students).
- En-suite not a necessity but preferred.
I am in Leeds now and can view properties. I work full time but can also arrange viewings in the evenings or at weekends. Video viewings are fine but if I can come to see the place in person, this would be appreciated.
