Professional and his Pomeranian looking for a room

I’m a 31 year old professional, working in Kingston/London Bridge. I run an education recruitment office also based in Kingston and am in the office 3 days per week and have 1 - 2 work from home days. I’m an ex professional dancer and when I’m not working or out walking, I love going to the gym, catching up on Real Housewives and riverside drinks in the summer.

I’ve lived in a huge shared accommodation in Kingston, and have previously worked on cruise ships, so am very used to sharing spaces and understand the importance of cleanliness and the rules that come with living in a shared space.

I am a pretty sociable person so ideally looking for a likeminded people, I can also keep myself to myself some nights but hope to find a house where we don’t all ignore each other and can occasionally catch up with each other about their week, or cook or watch a movie together.

I come with my little side kick, Ziggy the Pomeranian, who also can come to work with me and has become the office building mascot (he even featured as the star of the Christmas tree in the building), or occasionally will be left at home with a scheduled walker to take him out for a few hours in the middle of the day. He’s very well behaved, completely toilet trained (as am I) and most importantly, he’s very cuddly and soft. He’s always lived in flats etc and so will only go to the toilet when I take him outside/on walks. He’s hypoallergenic and is groomed regularly so leaves little to no fluff.

Happy to do meet and greets with the dog ahead of viewings etc and to provide referees from my previous landlords/property managers/housemates etc if you have any reservations about the dog.
