Hiya, I’m Joe — a freelancer and creative looking for a double room or someone to buddy up with in Brighton.

I’m out and about a lot with work and social stuff, so home is more of a calm base than a party flat.

I’m easy-going, friendly, and looking for a relaxed, low-key place to live. Happy to hang out, but also appreciate personal space.

I like a clean, respectful home and decent communication. I don’t take myself too seriously and love having a laugh.

I’m sober and LGBT — you don’t have to be, but being respectful of both is important to me.

Open to joining an existing flat or finding somewhere together. Ideally Brighton-based, budget around £900–£1000. Looking to move from late February onwards.
