Professional looking for room in Manchester!

Hi, I'm Eve :)
I'm looking for a room in a houseshare in Manchester. I am available to move in from April. Ideally, I'd like to live in a sociable household; this is what I have always had previously. With that being said, I understand the importance of a peaceful house too, and how that comes with boundaries/mutual respect etc.
I am looking for a property ideally with all bills included (including council tax).
I am clean, tidy, and respectful. I enjoy the gym, cross stitch, reading, gaming, baking, and pole fitness. I am LGBT friendly.
