Professional female/Crookes/Broomhill/Eccy Road

Hi! I’m Georgina - a 35yr female looking for single or double room in the crookes/ Broomhill/eccy road/walkley/sharrowvale. areas preferable. Ideally only house share with live in landlord or one other tenant but open to sharing with more people (professionals preferred). Max budget is £700pcm and would like this to include all bills. I have a car so being able to park close by is preferable. Moving to Sheffield to start a new job in the NHS :) . Awaiting a start date which should be within next 2 months :)
