Room Wanted – Newquay (From January 2027)

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a room to rent in Newquay from January 2027. I have lived in Newquay for several years, but am currently staying with my parents in Somerset until the end of 2026.

I work remotely and my job is home-based, however it's very quiet and I'd be working from my bedroom, so I won't be taking over any communal spaces.

A bit about me:

Friendly, respectful, clean, tidy, and considerate of others and shared spaces.
Im sociable and enjoy spending time with friends locally or out doing hobbies, but I'm definitely not a party animal!
I'm currently saving to buy my own apartment, so a 10-12 month tenancy from Jan 2027 would be ideal.


I'm posting a little early in case anyone is planning to take in a lodger or has a room becoming available in the new year.

Budget: Up to £600 per month, with bills included. A single or double room is fine.
