Professional Male seeks a single or double room

I am a professional male, working as an environmental technician on sites in the Lincolnshire county, aged 23 looking for a single or double room.

I would be returning home to Grimsby most weekends but would like to rent as a full week contract.

I am studying with the Open University in my spare time after work. I am hoping to find a room in a quiet location.

I am available to move from 1/08/2020 and have a budget of around £450 per month. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 18 and 99 years old.

I have two vehicles that I would need to park on the property - a small work van and a personal ford transit van for returning to Grimsby at weekends. Both vans fit in a normal car park sized space.
