Room wanted for tidy professional

Quiet, courteous, considerate professional non-smoking male wants a double (or single) room in a clean, relaxed friendly house or flat, for 7 days per week.

I'm starting a contract position in Swadlincote on May 5 and I'll need a room for at least 3 months, more likely 6 months, but happy to do month to month depending on dynamics of the house and those within it.

I'll need a place where parking is available. Street parking is fine, but more importantly I also have a motorcycle and ideally need a garage or at least an area with hard standing such as at the back or side of the house. Happy to consider rural or semi rural areas.

Older houseshare is preferred, with ideally a live-in landlord, but I will consider an HMO if the other tenants are professional and keep the place clean, like I do myself.

I've been sharing for many years due to the contract nature of my work and at the same time I have also been a landlord so I appreciate the importance of looking after a place and keeping it clean, in addition to privacy and respect for people who live in the house.

Willing to consider other areas not listed in the areas mentioned above.
