Teacher seeking double room ideally in Leytonstone

Hi I'm Fiona

I'm a music teacher working full time shared between two primary schools. I love to cook, sew and socialise. During the week I am out of the house at school and I mostly stay in due to how busy school life is. I will need to sing a bit and play the keyboard to prepare lessons, but it is primary music so no crazy loud solos for hours and I will keep this to social hours.

I like my own space but I do enjoy hanging out with the people I live with. I would love a garden or outside space. I'm tidy and respectful of communal spaces and enjoy taking care of where I live.

I would be looking for somewhere in Leytonstone where I am currently based but may consider places in Leyton or Walthamstow.
