34 year old female seeks a single or double room

I am a 34 year old female looking for a single or double room in or around the St Andrews area. I am a mature student and will begin studying at the university in September 2024, and would look to arrive around the beginning of that month. I will be coming with a car. I am looking for a room within the 400 - 500 pm range. I currently live in the south of the UK, but would look to travel up to the area in spring to view potential properties. I am happy to share with males or females of any age (though am definitely not looking to repeat the student experience of my younger days so a quieter environment would be preferred) and would be very happy to live in a household with pets.
