Looking for a room/buddy up

I study Business Management with Overseas at MMU. I'm currently on an exchange year in Malaysia and will be going into my final year from September. Available to move in from the end of August/beginning of September and have a budget of ?450pcm.
I'm a very open, polite person. By living in Malaysia and travelling around Asia I have experienced many different cultures and I'm very respectful towards everyone.

Either looking for a double room or to buddy up with other friendly, sociable, clean students to live in a flat in the city centre. Or to share a house with a maximum of three other people. Would preferably like to live in the city centre or as close to universities as possible.

I enjoy going out and having fun but also having chilled movie nights with a takeaway, going to festivals, cooking, going to new places I haven't been to before, exploring, going to beaches and enjoying nature, having a drink or simply going for a coffee!
