Looking for ideally a 1 bed flat or studio

Hi there,
My name is Sarah, I'm 28 years old and would love to find a flat or studio to make my new home!

I have always had excellent feedback from my landlords and I treat my rented properties with the utmost respect and care.

I am an actress, children's entertainer and have my own Princess party business. In the week I am out at work 7-9:30am and 2-6:30pm, between around 10am-1pm I deal with admin for my business from home. At the weekends I usually am out performing at children’s parties all or at least most of the day.
I have Mondays off from both of my jobs so like to spend this day relaxing by catching up on tv, tidying up, and enjoying a coffee in the sun.
