Young Professional For Flat Share

Friendly, tidy and peaceful 29 year old studio assistant in an architectural practice. Looking for a double room long-term. Looking to move in anytime from December to the end of January. Would like to live around Hackney, Stoke Newington/Dalston but am open to anywhere North, East or South. Preferably around £850 pcm. A shared living room and outside area would be nice but is not a deal breaker. I am a runner and am into arts, music, cinema, and would like to live with like-minded friendly people that would enjoy hanging out and having a glass of wine every now and then, but I also value quiet alone time and like to live in a peaceful, clean environment.
