Looking for a double room with space for a desk and personal bathroom.
I would say I am the perfect tenant as I very rarely drink, don't smoke and seldom bring people over. In fact I'm quite boring. I work in IT and spend 99% of my time in front of a computer. I don't make any noise, most of the time you probably wont even know I'm there. I am clean and well groomed and been in a houseshares for years, never had an issue with any other house mates. Very easy going.
I have been with my current company for a long time and my position is stable. Rent payment wont ever be a problem and I am happy to pay in advance.
I can provide full references from previous landlords and employment.
