Looking for a place to call home :)

Hi there!
My name is Noemi, and I'm looking for a double or single room (preferably furnished) close to one of the train stations in Bristol (Redland, Montpelier, Bedminster) or in the Southville/Bedminster area, as I'll be working in Saint Philips Marsh. My budget is around £600-700 including bills, and I'm looking to move from January with flexible dates.

I'm a 41-year-old model maker - yes, that's a real job! 😄 I create architectural models, exhibition displays, miniatures, and all sorts of fascinating projects. I'm a very respectful, responsible, and tidy person who values a peaceful home environment, but I'm definitely not boring! I love spending time with flatmates and enjoy good conversations and laughter, while also appreciating having my own space when needed.

My interests include nature, drawing, painting, dancing, board games, countryside walks, photography, and cooking. I'm a non-smoker and absolutely love animals, so pet-friendly homes are very welcome!

I've been living in the UK for more than 10 years, with experience in Edinburgh, Bath, and Bristol. So I am not new in sharing house with more people.

What I'm looking for:

A calm, respectful household (no parties, but casual friend gatherings are fine as long as we respect each other's rest time)
Flatmates aged 30-50, preferably women only or mixed gender household
Shared spaces kept clean and tidy - I'm happy to contribute to maintaining common areas
People who enjoy the occasional chat in the kitchen or living room, but also respect personal space
