My budget is up to £850/month bills included. Having a living room is a must.
A bit about me: I’m sociable and extroverted, but I also really value my own space and respect other people’s. I enjoy a night out, but home is where I relax and recharge. I cook every other day, work from home 2–3 days a week (flexible with that), and usually gym after work. I travel relatively often.
Clean and tidy, I would want the same from my flatmates, especially in shared spaces.
At home I’m easy-going—happy to have a chat over dinner, watch some Netflix together, but also just as good with everyone doing their own thing every now and then.
