A man looking for a room in Wisbech Center

A man (54), Spanish citizen, Ukrainian origin, good English, no bad habits, clean and responsible, looking for a room to rent in Central Wisbech, initially for 3 months, with the possibility to continue depending on work. What I need is: a bed to sleep, a kitchen to prepare food, shower and washing machine, WiFi if possible. I am a quiet person, and would like to have mates who respected that, at least at night during the week. I think I am open-minded and easy to live with. If anybody is interested, please, let me know.
