Looking to (sub)let a studio or 1-bedroom flat

I'm a 39-years old, self-employed designer, vegetarian, book lover and a film buff, who likes to bond with people over food and coffee.

I spend my weekends visiting museums, galleries, going to the cinema, wandering around Soho, Borough market and Brick Lane. I love animals, especially cats, so if there's one around, even better!

I don't smoke and I don't mind living with smokers as long as they don't smoke inside.

I like my privacy - I have a bit of an introverted streak so after an hour or two of company I like to retreat into my room, especially after work. Likewise, I respect other people's space and privacy.

I would like to share home with people where we can sit down and eat together, maybe watch Netflix together, but it shouldn't be forced. I don't want to live with strangers, but I also don't want forced courteous chit-chat just because we're in the same room.

No misogynists, homophobes or racists, or political extremists and fanatics of any sort please!
Everyone is entitled to their opinions and beliefs but keep them to yourself.

Tidiness level: I always clean after myself in communal areas, I never leave cutlery or crockery dirty so others have to wash it before using it, I know how and regularly use cleaning products on appliances in the kitchen and bathroom, and stuff is put away in my allocated space, but I'm not dust-obsessed or care about the cushion placements on the sofa if you know what I mean. Occasional mug left in the sink if I was in a hurry might happen but will be cleaned and put away asap.
