Female Flatmate - 2-bed/bath Flat - September

Hi! I’m looking for a FEMALE flatmate in FT employment to buddy up and find a modern 2-bed, 2-bath apartment together. Salford Quays / Media City / Ordsall / Ancoats/ Victoria/ Blackfriars/ Embankment area/ etc (ideally just outside the centre so not Deansgate or city centre).

– I'm after a modern, stylish apartment with 2 bathrooms (so we both get our own).
– Close to trams for easy city access.
– Gym, shops, and nice local amenities nearby.
– Looking to spend around £700–£800 each + bills depending on the place.

About me:
I work from home most days, so ideally I’d like someone who doesn’t WFH as much – I enjoy my own space during the day. Outside of work, I’m into cooking, working out, music, travel, gigs, and the occasional fun activity like climbing or day trips. I prefer someone who also likes a calm, clean home but is happy to socialise now and then – maybe a drink, dinner out, or exploring Manchester’s events and food spots.

Preferred Flatmate:
I’m looking for a friendly, easygoing female in full-time work – no students, sorry! Someone who’s clean and respectful, loves a nice modern home, and doesn’t mind that I work from home a lot.

Would be lovely to live with someone who’s happy to grab a drink, try a new restaurant, or do something fun together now and then, but also enjoys their own space. Basically just someone independent, chill, and drama-free.
