Professional looking for a room

Hi, I'm Sean, a relaxed working professional looking for a short or long term let commutable to Kings Cross where I'll be starting a new role in November but I am flexible on move in dates as I can stay with family if needed short term. I'll be in the office three days a week and WFH two.
I'll be working as an AI Project Manager for a biomedical research institute.
I'm looking to have my own bathroom or en suite if possible, would like to be in a fairly modern apartment with some amenities in the building but pretty open to other options depending on the area.
Open to existing rooms or buddying up with one or two other professionals too. I'm a clean, tidy and quiet housemate but I'm always up for a chat too.
If it's long term I'm looking for someone I'll get on with and be sociable with as well, not really a big fan of living with people who feel like strangers rather than friends. I'm currently living in Elephant and Castle so very easy to meet up before moving in.
Personally, I'm really into films, indie music, reading and like to run too.
Unfortunately I am allergic to cats, all good with dog households though!
