Newbury - Dble sized room for professional please

Hi, I am looking for a quiet and pleasant space where I can relax Monday to Wednesday nights inc. I am in Newbury for work for the next three-four months at least and will need somewhere I can cook/eat/relax/sleep in. I am a polite, clean and tidy 40+ guy who is sociable but not intrusive and would like to share with a like-minded person / persons. No party houses or youngster zones for me I'm afraid as I'll need to get up bright and early for work, an occasional glass of wine wouldn't hurt though :) Please do get in touch if you think you have something suitable and can help me, thank you.
