HEY! Looking for a friendly house/flat share!!

Heya,

My names Ayca I’m a chef of 10 years, I work as an agency chef, private chef, have a small scale catering company, about to start a mini bakery doing markets a couple times a month as well as starting my own meal prep service. So I keep my self very busy and in my spare time I like to relax at home with candles, good food, movies and my foot spa on💆🏼‍♀️

Ideally I’d only like to live with one other person. Don’t mind gender or anything tbh as long as you’re a respectful, tidy person and you’re looking to create a home for yourself then we’re good to go.

I love plants so another plant mum/dad would be awesome! Someone who’d like to fill our space with plants, candles and fairy lights whilst also keeping it clean, tidy would be a great!

I’m not a party person so I’m looking for someone on the same vibe, I like to host the occasional dinner party/movie night with a few friends.

If you have any pets I’m cool with that- I LOVE dogs and really want my own but due to how much I work I can’t but I’d be more than happy to help you out with your babies! I’d make a great auntie😏

Living with a chef also means you’ll be fed more often than not- I’m terrible at cooking for only myself😅

Ideally looking to live around London Bridge, South Bank, Bermondsey, Elephant and Castle, Shoreditch.

2 bed 2 bath would be ideal- but willing to compromise on sharing a bathroom as long as it’s worth the place itself.

Willing to share with 2 others but has to be a big space.

My budget is about 1.3k-1.7k bills per month depending on the space itself. A big house with outdoor space and etc happy to pay more. As well as paying more for a larger room- if you couldn’t tell I like having space😅

Would like to be moving out by mid December latest but honestly I’m ready to move out in the next week too-
