Double en-suite/studio in Harrow

I'm a 27 year old professional looking for an en-suite double room/studio to rent, ideally in Harrow, open to surrounding areas.
I’m looking for somewhere that has a tidy and clean household for shared facilities (kitchen) and friendly and respectful housemates as this is how I would describe myself.
The place should also have a washing machine and ideally a dryer as well.

My budget is £800 a month.

Willing to pay slightly more if it’s a studio room, as really I’m looking for somewhere I can have my own clean & tidy space.
I can provide excellent references from previous landlords and employers if needed.
